3 【 about water leakage 】

Our thermos cup adopts the latest European screw cup plug design and embedded gasket sealing method. The upper and lower double insurance will not leak in the design. Individual users reflect the water leakage. After our Wangwang and telephone confirmation, we learned that it was caused by the user’s misunderstanding in use. We apologize for not explaining this clearly in the product description page; now explain it As follows: “water leakage” mostly has two situations

The first is that heat is radiated into the cup cover through the cup plug. There is a temperature difference inside and outside the cup cover, resulting in condensation and steam liquefaction. This “water leakage” usually occurs after opening the cup cover. In fact, this is not the water leakage of the cup plug. Open the cup cover and invert the cup body, and you can test it yourself. There is no need to worry.

Second, after pouring water for drinking and tightening the cup plug, there is still very little water left in the gap between the cup plug switch and the cup plug gasket. At this time, the inverted cup body has water flowing out and is mistaken for water leakage; the detection method is to unscrew the cup plug and throw away the residual water in the cup plug. After tightening, the inverted cup body should be free of water leakage. Please test it by yourself.

usage method:

1. Wash the inner tank before initial use.
